I bought this book because there have been certain isolated situations in my life that I suffered from anxiety, panic attacks & depression.. I am sure a thing that happened during my childhood played a factor in these future events without me knowing … by reading this book I Couldn’t put it down .. I am on page 85 as of the first day I received it .. i can relate to several chapters not exactly of course but it’s so helpful and informative and inspiring… it’s making me Change the way of thinking from negative to a positive outlook on my life and the situations that occurred… mental health is just important as physical health and should not be looked down upon some of the strongest people have mental health issues… this book is making me believe I maybe can’t control so many things in my life but i can take control of how I react to the people or situation to spin it positively… the most important lesson I learned is to love myself more and no one can take my self worth away from me ..self love and self respect is key! Life is short love yourself and be just as kind to yourself as you are to others.. thx Ella shae for having the courage to share your story ..

This books pulls you in from the very the first chapter and you just want to know more! The bits of humor were appreciated. The feelings are real and the bravery one has in reliving a tragic memory touches your heart. We love how the author asks questions to make you think and open one’s eyes to a new perspective. It’s relatable and the teachable moments are enlightening, ‘finding the good and be grateful.’ The importance of healthy relationships with others and yourself is so important in today’s world. The messages, the symbols, the Lotus flower!! We enjoyed reading this book. I bet the author could dig deeper and write another 100 pages for each chapter.
